All the students got to implement all many deep understanding of Black Flag Wing Chun Combat Principles in Free Sparring. Some of the concepts were Optimum Combat Position, Occupy Time and Become Space, Impulse Power, etc. One student got a “lump” bruise afterwards, but it’s part of the training.
